Northfield Plaid Wool Blanket

I am allergic to a lot of wool clothing so my skin is sensitive. This is my first wool blanket and it is high quality and not scratchy. I am happy to support a product made in the USA. I live in Southern California and this is my "winter" blanket - I use a top sheet, this blanket and a bedspread and it is sometimes too warm.

We wanted to let you know that your bed blanket arrived just in time for the ice and snow storms this year! It was supposed to arrive on 1/26 but thankfully UPS delivered it early on 1/24. The timing could not have been better. We ended up losing power for three days and our house got down to 42 degrees on the inside and it was 13 degrees outside. However, we were nice and toasty warm in our bed because of your bed blanket! I even had to take my socks off.
Thank you for making such a great product and we have been praising God for when it was delivered!
Keep doing what you are doing as we certainly appreciate your product.

The blanket I received has very noticeable holes all along the top and bottom edges. I contacted customer support and was told that this is a normal result of the drying process. I do not consider this defect acceptable for such an expensive blanket. The pictures of the blanket on the store page do not have these holes.
