Lakefront Wool Blanket - Natural

I’ve had the Lakefront blanket for a year and I love it. The quality seems great. It’s soft and not itchy. I use it over cotton jersey or percale sheets in the spring, summer and fall. Because it’s both warm and breathable it’s comfortable through a wide range of temperatures. On cooler nights I throw an 80-year-old Hudson’s Bay blanket on top of the Lakefront. Since I sleep cold, and live in Wisconsin, I take the Lakefront off the bed for the winter and switch to flannel sheets and a down comforter than might be way too warm for some people. My only criticism of the Lakefront is minor: the natural color I bought that looks like very light gray on the website is actually pale green (do sheep come in green?). It’s a pleasant color, though, and goes well in my bedroom.

I am using it on my bed and it keeps me very warm at night. It is wonderful.

This is a very warm blanket. I live in Michigan and this winter has been very cold and snowy. This blank has kept me warm!

Love the color, texture and warmth it was worth the wait!

Light but warm! Will be ordering another one in a different color!
