Other order was late

I ordered this one for a visit for my sister in law. Once I realized it wouldn’t arrive in time, I ordered a rush delivery of another blanket. It came two days after it should have and now I’ll have to ship it to her after paying the 30 rush fee. Our family loves your products and I know you are not in control of the delivery once it’s sent off. Just wanted to let you know as an FYI that my rush order was not rushed through UPS. Will continue to support you and it’s our family’s favorite products!
