We partnered with Tayo Onadein to weave some of his designs into wool sofa throws. Born in Nigeria, Tayo now lives in North Carolina, the historic center of the U.S. furniture and textile makers. His work has been sold in the finest markets from London to New York to Australia. He is a graduate of the famous Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. This beautiful Nairobi Wool Throw Blanket honors his Nigerian roots and is made from soft wool yarns at our Mill in Faribault, MN.

We have been crafting high-quality woolens at our mill in Faribault, MN for over 150 years. Nothing keeps you cool, yet provides warmth when you need it, like this amazing, 100% sustainable natural material. Wool blanket

Lovely blanket! I especially like those that are designed by artists! I only wish Faribault Mill also offered smaller wool throw blankets — or scarves—that would be good for wrapping in while sitting at the computer. It would be the perfect winter gift for employees who work from home.
